What do YOU do with your Brilliance?
More accurately, what do we CHOOSE to do with our Brilliance?
Imagine that you were brilliant in all the things you currently do. Or CAN BE brilliant in the things you do. ie, Perhaps you already are – but it just do see it yet because you’re too busy criticising yourself, others or circumstances? or working on being a ‘better’ you.
In our Yogafun Kids yoga & yoga / meditation for Adults classes this week, so many students are caught up with everything that is ‘less of them’. ie. focussing on their flaws, dramas, how they should ‘look like’ or ‘behave’ – their minds are contracted on these thoughts and their bodies have tightened – only just to reflect their mental holding & focus. The Ever Changing YOU
This week in our Yogafun Kids & Adult yoga classes we explore the Amazing qualities we live and share with others each day. Imagine that each person is able to choose what qualities that they believe they have and share with others. Imagine that each person is a fresh clump of sculpting clay – which has endless possibilities of what shapes and form it can be.
This week, we highlight how a person has no strict definitive form. ie. each person has a choice to be responsible or irresponsible, a leader or a follower, a co-operative child or naughty child. These are all just labels that we use to describe a person at a given point in time. They do not necessarily describe a person every moment of each day. Of course, if a person chooses to act in a particular manner on a regular basis – we start to relate a person with these attributes, but nevertheless, words can be limited in describing the whole ‘Essence’ of a person. In fact, can YOU describe the whole essence of ‘You’? Try encapsulating ‘You’ with words to describe the whole lifetime of being you?
So we explore, how a person is born as a baby with endless possibilities and potential. And regardless of age, still remains a limitless potential of possibilities. Each day we choose to ‘be’ and ‘live’ how we feel are and what we believe is possible for us. We learn that our past experiences can highlight our beautiful qualities we have shared with our loved ones and we reminds us how amazing and a huge difference we have already made in our lives and of others.
Living and appreciating our ‘Ripple Effect’ upon others.

The Ripple Effect
This week in our Yoga classes, we are exploring what we hold onto internally, in our thoughts, and watching the ripple effect of holding these thoughts in our everyday experiences.
Sometimes we get so ‘stuck’ in our thoughts of what we think ‘should’ or ‘needs’ to happen, we lose sight of what we are really experiencing – in front of us.
So this week, students are asked to play with this concept. Both in adults & kids yoga classes. Obviously the teaching approach is different, however the concept is still the same nevertheless. Students were asked to notice what thoughts they have been focusing on lately, and notice what experiences they have been having and noticing the correlation between the two. Continue reading

7 Year Old Boy Organizes Community Festival
Some kids will do anything. After Jefferson Bauer handed his father the letter, his dad knew that he had to respond. After all it’s not everyday that you are handed a letter from the Australian Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd.
It seems that Jefferson had written to the PM asking how he would go about getting a festival for ‘kids of all abilities’ off the ground. And as the letter granted all the right approvals right from the top, Jefferson’s dad knew he had to act. Continue reading
