Full Moon Meditation for Parents This Sunday

This month’s Full Moon Meditation will be held on:
Nov 29th 6pm at Yoga Tree, Elsternwick.

Full Moon Meditation is open to Beginners and Regular Practitioners of meditation.
The full moon evenings are called ‘Moments of Opportunity’. This opportunity is a moment of Regeneration, a moment in which you can again contact your lost vision or a new and greater vision, charge all your being, and set your steps right on the path of evolution and service. At the time of the Full Moon there is a greater opportunity to release many obstacles and hindrances in one’s nature.
This Magical Evening will include basic meditation and relaxation techniques, chanting and a powerful healing group meditation which is initially guided. No experience necessary just an openness to learn and trust.
